Our founders, young minority women who have faced their share of battles, established Joyinside in 2017 to address unfinished challenges and stand against oppression faced by women of minority backgrounds.

Meet Mirah Young
Our Founder and CEO
Mirah Young, the Founder of Joyinside Co. and VP of Implementation at 3TG Staffing Solutions, blends her expertise in HR transformation, business strategy, and leadership to drive impactful initiatives. A graduate of Clark Atlanta University, she holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt® and leads with a focus on communication and global management. Mirah is also the author of 'The Mirror Method,' a guide that empowers women to transform self-doubt into self-discovery and empowerment. Recognized as a nominee for a '30 Under 30' Forbes-like list, her contributions exemplify leadership and innovation.
